Currently, eight different entrepreneurs and contractors are building around 1,200 housing units in Neve Shamir. All together there are no fewer than 2,40 in lots allotted to those serving in the security forces.

Apartments

Neve Shamir has an assortment of apartments from various projects for attractive prices: 3-5 room apartments, garden apartments, and penthouse apartments, all with quality specifications and one of the highest standards on the Israeli apartment market. The buildings are multi-level, with some reaching 12 floors.

Education

Neve Shamir places significant emphasis on education, a subject important to the mayor, Dr. Aliza Bloch, who was an educator prior to becoming mayor of Beit Shemesh. The town boasts a wide variety of state schools and state religious schools that are considered high quality and leading in the country.
Many students in the city have attained high achievements on a national level. In the Neve Shamir community, education is taken one step further. Here, an education center consisting of state schools and state religious schools is being created that will include some of the best educators in the country and tremendous investment in education and teaching.

Quality of Life

Neve Shamir was planned specifically with large green spaces between residential buildings. Areas of natural forest have been preserved, and parks and grassy plains, biking and walking trails are all an integral part of the neighborhood.

Location

The city of Beit Shemesh is one of the few places in Israel that can be considered a “perfect location.” Beit Shemesh is located on between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, and the Neve Shamir neighborhood is located on the outskirts of the city, strategically close to central locations:

  • 10 minutes from Sha’ar Ha’gay interchange
  • 25 minutes from the entrance to Jerusalem
  • 45 minutes from gush dan
  • 40 minutes from the southern and Negev cities
  • 15 minutes from gush Etzion

Nature and Views

Neve Shamir is the natural choice for families that want to raise their children in a quiet area, full of nature with breath-taking views. The neighborhood commands a view of the Ella Valley, which extends in all its beauty to the foot of the neighborhood. Beyond the valley are the Judean mountains and Gush Etzion. The neighborhood is located adjacent to Kibbutz Lamed Heh and next to the Beit Natif National Park. It is close to a variety of national parks with forests and natural groves, in addition to historical sites from the time of the Tanach

M. Aviv

The M. Aviv complex includes 100 units, of which 50 apartments are on the free market and 50 are “מחיר למשתכן” apartments. The apartments will be 3,4 and 5-room apartments as well as garden apartments.
All apartments in the complex will have rich and varied specifications and uncompromising construction quality in accordance with the “מחיר למשתכן” requirements of the Ministry of Construction and Housing.

Namdar Estate

The “Namdar Estate” project, from the “Namdar Homes” group, includes nine buildings with 197 units. The apartments in the project are large and especially spacious.

Available are garden apartments with large gardens, 3, 4 and 5-room apartments with large balconies and unique penthouses overlooking an open view from the highest point in the city. The apartments were designed by Giora Gur Architects.

Naot Aviv

The Naot Aviv project will have 104 units in four buildings: Two 11-story buildings with 3 ,4 and 5-room units and two eight-story buildings with 4 and 5-room apartments.
As part of the מחיר למשתכן,

64 three and four-room units (in the 11-story buildings) will be marketed, and 40 units will be marketed on the free market (four and five-room units).
Every unit comes with a balcony or yard, storage, and a covered parking spot. The project will be constructed according to the latest standard of the Ministry of Construction and Housing, while maintaining a high-quality level of execution, with trustworthy, fair, and on-time service for each and every buyer.

Ramat Yochanan

The “Ramat Yochnan” project from Eli Yohanan construction company includes 660 housing units, some of them allotted for “מחיר למשתכן” winners.
Apartments will include three to six-room options, with balconies, garden apartments and penthouses. The apartment design is particularly meticulous and boasts rich technical specifications.

Etzh Ashaked

“Etzh Ashaked” project is a project that combines “מחיר למשתכן” winners and free market buyers. The project includes eight buildings with nine floors and 160 housing units.

You can choose between apartments with three to six rooms and garden apartments designed by architect Eyal Itzkin.

All apartments have a balcony overlooking the open view. All apartments in the project will come with parking spots and private storage in addition to smart solar powered water heaters.

The “Tzur Shamir” complex, from the “City of David” company, is a project that combines “מחיר למשתכן” winners and free market buyers. The project includes five buildings with nine-11 floors.
It includes 174 housing units, of which 109 apartments are allotted for winners of the “מחיר למשתכן”.
You can choose between 3, 4 and 5-room apartments, apartments with an option for future expansion and garden apartments of various sizes designed by the Eyal Itzkin architectural firm, which is entrusted with the design of housing units throughout the country.
All apartments will enjoy rich and varied specifications and uncompromising construction standards in accordance with the “מחיר למשתכן” requirements of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and will include storage and a parking space.
